MHD acquired major inventories from OEMs and Repair Stations in the mid 1980s, establishing the company as a significant source of components for the C-130, P-3 and other military aircraft.

MHD has over 200,000 line items in stock, comprised of hardware, structural, expendables, major rotables, and instruments. MHD also sources and stocks hundreds of new line items every year for customer requirements.

MHD has preferred OEM Distribution Agreements in order to support our customer's requirements. Some of our longer term Agreements include:

In 2003, Lockheed named MHD as the Canadian C-130 Authorised Distributor for Certified Parts. MHD is one of few companies worldwide trusted to distribute spares in addition to sourcing new "Hologram" components for resale.

MHD develops and builds kits for repair and overhaul of major rotables. Custom hardware and time life kits can be designed for new customer applications.

We also provision spares, rotables and major structure kits for demand programs reducing the inventory burden on our customers.
